🩺✈️ TỪ 01/07/2026: HÀNH KHÁCH XUẤT NHẬP CẢNH VIỆT NAM CẦN KHAI BÁO Y TẾ TRƯỚC CHUYẾN ĐI
Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị định 165/2026/NĐ-CP, bổ sung nhiều quy định mới về kiểm dịch y tế đối với người nhập cảnh, xuất cảnh và quá cảnh tại Việt Nam.
📌 Một số điểm đáng lưu ý:
✅ Hành khách có thể phải thực hiện khai báo y tế điện tử hoặc bằng giấy theo hướng dẫn của cơ quan chức năng.
✅ Việc khai báo phải được hoàn thành trong vòng 07 ngày trước khi nhập cảnh, xuất cảnh hoặc quá cảnh qua các cửa khẩu Việt Nam.
✅ Khi được yêu cầu, hành khách cần cung cấp các thông tin hoặc bằng chứng liên quan đến việc tiêm chủng và các biện pháp phòng bệnh đã thực hiện.
✅ Cơ quan kiểm dịch y tế có thể thực hiện quan sát sức khỏe, kiểm tra giấy tờ, phỏng vấn hoặc đánh giá nguy cơ dịch tễ nhằm phát hiện sớm các trường hợp nghi ngờ mắc bệnh truyền nhiễm.
✅ Trong trường hợp cần kiểm tra thực tế, thời gian thực hiện đối với mỗi cá nhân không quá 02 giờ.

🩺✈️ FROM 1 JULY 2026: HEALTH DECLARATION REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAVELERS ENTERING, EXITING, OR TRANSITING THROUGH VIETNAM
The Vietnamese Government has issued Decree No. 165/2026/NĐ-CP, providing detailed regulations and guidance on the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Disease Prevention and Control, including new requirements related to health quarantine procedures for travelers entering, exiting, or transiting through Vietnam.
📌 Key points to note:
✅ Travelers may be required to complete a health declaration electronically or in paper form, depending on the instructions of the competent authorities.
✅ Health declarations must be completed within 07 days prior to entering, exiting, or transiting through Vietnamese border checkpoints.
✅ When requested, travelers must provide relevant information or proof of vaccination and other preventive health measures.
✅ Health quarantine authorities may conduct health observations, document checks, interviews, or epidemiological assessments to identify suspected cases of infectious diseases.
✅ Where an on-site health inspection is required, the processing time for each individual will not exceed 02 hours.
