🌿 The journey through Cai Be – Can Tho with our lovely guests from Italy brought meaningful experiences in the peaceful atmosphere of the Mekong Delta. From visiting traditional ancient houses, walking through colorful gardens to tasting fresh tropical fruits, every moment of the trip carried the simple beauty and gentle rhythm of Southern Vietnam. Friendly conversations, shared laughter, and memorable photos made the journey even more special and heartfelt.

🌾 Beyond the beautiful scenery, the trip was also an opportunity to discover local culture, enjoy authentic Mekong cuisine, and experience the warmth and hospitality of the local people. 🌕 Along the peaceful canal of Saigon, thousands of floating lanterns will once again illuminate the night during the Vesak celebration at Phap Hoa Pagoda. More than a cultural and spiritual event, this is also a moment for people to slow down, reflect, and send prayers for peace, happiness, and harmony in life.

🪷 According to Phap Hoa Pagoda, the Vesak Cultural Week PL.2570 – DL.2026 will take place from May 18-31, 2026. The highlight will be the lantern floating ceremony at 5:30 PM on May 28, 2026, where countless lotus lanterns will light up the canal in a serene and meaningful atmosphere in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

🌿 Sometimes, journeys of “returning to nature” are not only about discovering the potential of a land, but also about feeling how nature, agriculture, and local life come together to create sustainable values for the future.

🍃 In Tan Lap Commune, Lam D**g, the field survey program on tragacanth gum cultivation gathered scientists, researchers, agricultural department heads from Southern universities, the Lam D**g Business Association, and local representatives to explore new perspectives for regional economic development connected with local products and experiential tourism. Each drop of clear tragacanth gum carries not only agricultural value, but also stories of local resources, community livelihoods, and the possibility of creating meaningful nature-based experiences inspired by the traditional Garden – Pond – Barn lifestyle. The program was jointly organized on May 15, 2026 by the People’s Committee of Tan Lap Commune and Domilk Joint Stock Company, with the companionship of Das Tour and scientific organizations sharing the same vision toward green and sustainable community development.

🏯 BÌNH YÊN GIỮA LÒNG THÀNH CỔ

Thành Cổ Đại Lý, nằm yên bình bên bờ hồ Nhĩ Hải và dưới chân núi Thương Sơn hùng vĩ, là nơi lưu giữ trọn vẹn vẻ đẹp cổ kính của một vùng đất đã trải qua bao biến thiên lịch sử. Bước vào Đại Lý, du khách như lạc vào một bức tranh sống động với những con phố nhỏ lát đá, những ngôi nhà cổ mái ngói cong vút, xen lẫn sắc hoa rực rỡ bên đường.

🌺 ĐIỂM NHẤN THÀNH CỔ

🔹 Con phố hoa và quầy hàng nhỏ xinh
Dọc khắp các con đường trong thành cổ là những gánh hoa đủ sắc màu. Dù chỉ là một chiếc xe đẩy nhỏ hay vài bó hoa đặt vội bên lề đường, tất cả đều góp phần tạo nên nét thơ mộng và lãng mạn cho Đại Lý.

🔹 Không khí thanh bình, thoáng đãng
Điều khiến tôi nhớ mãi chính là cái cảm giác bình yên khi thả bước qua những con phố cổ. Trời xanh trong vắt, gió nhè nhẹ thổi qua hàng cây trơ lá, mang theo chút se lạnh đặc trưng của vùng cao nguyên Vân Nam.

🔹 Nét đẹp văn hóa đa sắc
Đại Lý không chỉ là nơi sinh sống của người Hán mà còn có cộng đồng người Bạch với nét văn hóa riêng biệt. Từng góc nhỏ trong thành cổ đều phảng phất hình ảnh của những chiếc đèn lồng đỏ, các biển hiệu chữ Hán viết tay, hay âm thanh dịu nhẹ từ tiếng đàn tỳ bà của những nghệ sĩ đường phố.

🍵 THƯỞNG THỨC ẨM THỰC ĐẶC TRƯNG

Một trải nghiệm không thể bỏ qua khi đến Đại Lý chính là thưởng thức trà tam đạo – nét văn hóa trà đặc trưng của người Bạch. Vị trà đắng nhẹ ban đầu, sau đó chuyển sang ngọt thanh, để lại dư vị khó quên nơi đầu lưỡi. Ngoài ra, các món đặc sản như bánh hoa hồng, bún qua cầu hay những viên bánh chiên giòn tan bên vệ đường cũng là điều khiến du khách nhớ mãi không quên.
