A whole project built around one simple idea: we take care of the client end to end.

That's what our team at JBA set out to do for Columbia Sportswear's Volunteer Day, a full-day program at Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve combining team building, tree planting, and a nature clean-up along the reserve trail.

Real, hands-on activities. Not just for show.

Behind the scenes, our team handled transport, safety, timing, catering, and on-site coordination, every moving part, so the client only had to show up and enjoy to the fullest.

The result: a team that left more connected, and an environment a little better off than before.

JBA team recently joined a FAM trip hosted by the Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), exploring fresh MICE possibilities across Pattaya and Bangkok.

The journey introduced us to new venues, destinations, activities and program ideas that can bring more variety to future corporate meetings and incentive trips in Thailand.

Beyond the site visits, the trip was also a valuable opportunity to connect with fellow DMC professionals, exchange market insights and strengthen relationships within the MICE community.
