2. The purpose of this ANNEX 1 is to detail the payment method by the Candidate. For this, the
Candidate agrees that the fees in favor of MCC USA will be:
Option A. USD 20,000 divided as follows*:
i) USD 3,000 at the time of signature of the Agreement.
ii) USD 2,000 at 120 days after the signature of the Agreement.
iii) USD 6,950 when form ETA-9089 is approved.
iv) USD 6,950 when form I-140 is approved.
v) USD 1,100 due on no later than filing form DS-260 for Consular Processing, or 90 days after
the I-797 “Notice of Receipt” is issued by USCIS, if eligible for filing Adjustment of Status.
* In the event Candidate is eligible for processing through Adjustment of Status in the United
States and decides to proceed with the concurrent filing of the I-140 and AOS (I-485) based on
Immigration Attorney’s recommendation, then the payment plan shall be:
i) USD 3,000 at the time of signature of the Agreement.
ii) USD 2,000 at 120 days after the signature of the Agreement.
iii) USD 7,500 when form ETA-9089 is approved.
iv) USD 7,500 at 180 days after the third (iii) payment.
