Every traveler matters to us — every single one.
And of course, you matter.
Back in 2016, the three of us — An Doan, Ethan, and Sinh Nguyen — senior tour directors who had spent many years working directly with travelers, decided to build what was then called Urban Venture Tour. We had lived in tourism long enough to truly understand what visitors hope to feel, taste, and experience when they come to Vietnam.
Because of that, our Vespa experiences quickly became a “must‑do” in Saigon. From fewer than a hundred guests in the early years, the number grew steadily, year after year, until we finally reached the few thousand travelers we had dreamed of welcoming.
But numbers alone don’t define us.
What we are most proud of is the care behind every tour: thoughtfully designed programs, well‑maintained vintage Vespas, carefully chosen food vendors, rooftop cocktail spots, and — most importantly — our people. We invest in yearly training for our bikers, guides, and office team to ensure everyone shares the same values and delivers the same quality.
From the beginning, we have been building something simple but essential: trust. Today, we feel grateful that Urban Venture Tour has become a reliable partner — a name that represents not only business credibility but also sincerity in the way we treat people.
