We think it is our desires which lead us through life. But it’s not. It is the pain of yearning which makes us move forward. A need to feel complete, to feel whole, to feel healed. And there is nothing out there in this world that can make us feel that way.

The only way to heal, to feel that sense of completeness and comfort within ourselves is to look within. This is where the answers lie. This is where you find what you are longing for; that sense of fulfilment and joy. The answer has always lain within but we have turned away from our inner journey and sought fulfilment in the 3D world. And the 3D world has loved this! You have shopped, bought, spent, made them rich, by trying to find the answer.

Now make yourself rich. Turn inwards and listen to that voice that has been crying out for so long. Ask it what it truly wants and then you will heal. ###

We fill our lives with so much – most of it doesn’t actually match our energy because we didn’t choose it consciously. Things, people, clothes just arrive in our life.

But what if we said yes only to the things and events that truly resonate with us? How would life change? It would require us to be conscious of our choices, but life would change massively.

Resonating with us is not the same as liking. Some things resonate with us because they are essential for our growth but may be a little difficult to handle, but still our soul calls for it. In time as we heal we would love and resonate with all that is in our lives. ###
