🚗 **GOOD NEWS FOR FOREIGNERS DRIVING IN VIETNAM!**

For years, many foreigners living and working in Vietnam were unable to convert their foreign driver's license because they did not hold a **Temporary Residence Card (TRC).**

**That has now changed.**

✅ **From 1 July 2026**, under **Circular No. 108/2026/TT-BCA**, many foreigners holding a **Vietnam visa valid for 90 days or more** may now be eligible to convert their valid foreign driver's license into a Vietnamese driver's license, subject to the applicable legal requirements.

🌍 **Already have a valid driver's license from your home country?**

You may be able to convert it into a Vietnamese driver's license **without taking a theory or practical driving test**, provided your documents and license meet the legal requirements.

Typical documents may include:
