The penthouse is home to a young couple and their twin girls.
The renovation aims to capture the family activity, movement rhythm then improve their connection with their home through spatial clarity.

On the ground floor, existing walls are removed to have an open plan with the central staircase to make a playful loop of movement for the girls.
Above floor slabs were removed to create better connection between ground floor and upper floor terrace. The home is splitted into 2 levels but appears as one with fluidity of sight and natural ventilation.
