⛰️ COAST & MOUNTAINS OF PHU YEN (DAK LAK)

Last year, 250 members of Nam Viet Group participated in a marathon teambuilding event along the beautiful coastal loop of Nha Trang City, conquering distances of 5–10km.
This year, the training teambuilding program is more demanding and challenging, featuring a trekking format that takes them up the HIGH MOUNTAINS before descending to the VAST SEA of the "Xứ Nẫu" region in Phu Yen.
The theme for this training journey is: "Self-Sufficient and Self-Controlled Mind, Free and Independent Life", which serves as a guiding principle in Nam Viet Group's development strategy and corporate culture.
Core Principles Emphasized:
• Internal Strength is Key: Developing people, culture, and internal capability to build overall resilience.
• Independent Spirit: No copying, no following the crowd; building a unique path based on core values.
• Sustainable Development: Focusing on long-term benefits, caring for the community, and maintaining reputation and trust.
