DISCOVERY IN CAI BE

8:00 AM: Guide and private car pick up you at your hotel and departure to Cai Be. Cai Be locates 85kms away to south of Ho Chi Minh city. This a typical Mekong countryside as it is a vast farm for fruits such as Coconut, Jackfruit, durian, rambutant… supplying all countrywide. Cai Be is also a centre for rice farm as well. From here rice is exported worldwide.
Your excursion from Ho Chi Ming city drive along highway down to Cai Be. From the boat pier, take a boat trip on Me Kong river cruising to Cuu Long village, from here, take a walk through village to visit local work shop where famous rice paper made to supply for restaurant to make great spring rolls dish. Then take sampan boat the canals. There are different stops at local home to enjoy dry fruits, taste honey tea, and enjoy traditional music (local Tai Tu music show) at local house… Visit a coconut mill workshop where produces coconut candy.
Lunch at local restaurant on the island.
In the afternoon, visit local gardens to discover the great gardens with full of different type of fruits such as Durian, Jack fruits, rambutant, coconut... Biking along country road meeting with local people. Late of afternoon, drive back to Ho Chi Minh city. End of services.

Tet holiday ( Tet Nguyen Dan ), is considered the biggest and most popular festival of the year in Vietnam. Celebrated on the first day of the first month in Lunar Calendar.Tet is the occasion for Vietnamese to express their respect and remembrance for their ancestors as well as welcoming the New Year with their beloved family members. Moreover, in the past, Tet was essential as it provided one of few long breaks during the agricultural year, which was held between the harvesting of the crops and the sowing of the next ones. To make it easier, one can imagine Tet as a combination of Christmas and New Year: every family will get together to have big meals, decorate Tet trees and eat Tet food but to welcome the new year instead of a religious cause.Tet has a very special attached meaning to all Vietnamese. It is the time for everybody to come back to their hometown, gathering with family, visiting relatives and having a good relaxing time after a hard-working year. If you have the opportunity to visit Vietnam during Tet holiday, make sure you join this festive and happy moments of Vietnamese!

Mekong Delta - 1 Day Tour
Start: 7:30am --------- Return 5:00pm
7h30am, our tour guide welcome you at your hotel, then transfer to the City of My Tho by bus. During 2hours bus drive to My Tho you will have chance to see many activities of local people while travel along the road and enjoy nice scenery of green rice paddy fields. We stop at Ben Luc in Long An province to visit a Cao Dai temple- the unique religion of Vietnam, taking pictures, listen to the guide explain about the temple architecture and Cao Dai religion philosophy.
Continue going to My Tho, where we take a boat trip along Mekong River by motor-boat. During a boat cruise along Mekong River you will have a chance to see fish cages, floating house and the activities on the River.
The boat take you to Xep canal, where is the place you totally escape from the busy town. The boat cruise in the coconut trees canal takes you to a small islet. We disembark and have a walk around the village. Stop at a local family to enjoy tropical fruit, taste honey tea, honey wine and listen to Vietnamese traditional music, performance by the villagers.
Continue walking on the village’s road and have a horse cart trip along village road. Get off for a rowing boat in the small canal to the motor-boat and then head to the restaurant on the other islet. Lunch is set with special Vietnamese food at a local family.
Enjoy lunch under tree shadow you will feel the life is so beautiful.
After lunch we get back to the boat and cruise back to My Tho. Then transit to the bus and drive back to Saigon, arriving in Saigon at around 5:00pm. Tour ends with the sweet memories.
