LONGAN FLOWER HONEY WITH TEA

DEEP-FRIED GOURAMI AND RICE PAPER ROLL – a perfect dancing party in your mouth.

This is a special and super tasty dishes from Vietnamese River areas including deep-fried gourami, rice paper, a little rice noodle, herbs, lettuce and other kinds of vegetable. Local people can have this dish daily, weekly or monthly because it is really popular and also for visitors when they come to here. As a most delicious way to enjoy it, people put a rice paper on their hand, place a bit fish meat, vegetables, rice noodle inside – roll it lightly – use some sweet and sour fish sauce – and the last important one, a big bite. We are sure that they cannot stop after that!

FLOATING MARKET IN MEKONG DELTA
If you travel to Mekong Delta, never miss your way to floating markets!
The two most famous floating markets in Can Tho is Cai Rang and Phong Dien. Which is 6 km and 17 km away from the center of Can Tho City. They have existed for a long time in this region as traditional markets with boat as main transportations. These places are basically where people sale and buy things, especial food and fruits.
Floating markets usually start really early and noisily at 4 - 5 am and little by little finish at 7 - 8 am. Coming here, tourists will have chance to withness a very special thing - “cay beo”, which is a small pillar placed in front of every boat. If that boat sells anything, they will hang it on “cay beo”.
There are some funny questions for you about this one:
1. What people hang on but they do not sell it?
2. What people sell but they do not hang it on?
3. And… what people sell but they hang another on?
