VIETNAM AIRLINES 1st maiden Flight to San Francisco!
On 28th November Vietnam Air will fly for the first time to the US non-stop landing on 1 Dec. in San Francisco. It will fly twice a week using B787 and A350.

CAMBODIA TO REOPEN 14 NOV. TO VISITORS!
The Cambodian government will reopen the whole country (By Air, Land & Waterway) from 14 Nov 2021. Here below more information:
1. All vaccinated passenger can traveling to Cambodia without quarantine. They will do Rapid Test (PCR) upon arrival and wait for 15 or 20 minutes for result. If negative they can travel around Cambodia but if positive they will transfer to cure.
2. Unvaccinated tourist will do CPR test upon arrival and 14 days quarantine.
3. For tourists who are quarantined in Cambodia will be allowed to move freely on 15 Nov 2021.

PHUKET—THAILAND READY TO WELCOME TRAVELERS (July 1,2021)!

Phuket is the first destination in Thailand to fully reopen to overseas tourists. From today, 01st July 2021, overseas travelers who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 can travel to Phuket without the need to quarantine. The plan is part of Thailand’s Covid-19 roadmap to open up the whole country. Vietnam is waiting to see the results of Thailand reopening to implement its own reopening.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! 9 MAY
Mother's Day takes place in Canada and the US on the 2nd Sunday of May every year. So to all mothers around the world, Ann Tours would like to wish and acknowledge all the sacrifices you have gone through to provide for your family. A special wish to Mrs. Ann Tran (founder of Ann Tours) for the sacrifices she made for her Ann Tours family. Surviving the Vietnam War to selling ice water in a styrofoam box on the street corner to starting Ann Tours (32 years in business) with sheer determination.

Michel Gonnan a traveler who traveled with us in Vietnam just published a book "Hardworking Women in Pictures Around the Globe, Around the Clock". We invite you to check out his picture book capturing the essence of hardworking women around the world.

Happy Lunar New Year of the Ox (bull)(12 Feb. 2021)!

As like the majority of Asia, Vietnam is also counting down to the Lunar New Year of the Golden Ox. As the challenges of the year have past we count the achievements of our country as a whole as well as individuals in containing Covid-19. The affects it had on both health and finances are equally challenging.

VIETNAM SET REOPEN- 1JULY2020- POST COVID 19! Hope all of you and your family are safe. We have some good news in Vietnam. As of May 27, Vietnam’s Ministry of Health confirmed a total of 327 cases of COVID-19. However, 272 of the affected patients have recovered and been discharged from hospitals. The latest additional case was a Vietnamese national returning on a repatriation flight from Russia and was automatically quarantined on arrival at the airport as required for all repatriated expats and Vietnam nationals.

The Vietnam Government has done an excellent job in containing CoVID-19 in the country and have since decreed to re-open all non-essential business, resuming domestic flights, public transport & foodball match with audiences.

Citizens of 80 countries will be granted electronic visas when immigration procedures in Vietnam, according to the Government's resolution on 25/5.

The issuance of e-visas begins July 1, for citizens of countries such as Austria, Poland, Belgium, Portugal, Germany, India, South Korea, the United States, Italy, Finland, France, China (including Hong Kong, Macao).

The Government stipulates 8 international airports to allow foreigners to enter and exit with electronic visas, including: Noi Bai airport (Hanoi), Tan Son Nhat airport (Ho Chi Minh City), Cam Ranh airport (Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa), Da Nang airport, Cat Bi airport (Hai Phong), Can Tho, Phu Quoc (Kien Giang) and Phu Bai (Thua Thien Hue) airports.

16 land entry gates include: Tay Trang (Dien Bien); Mong Cai (Quang Ninh); Huu Nghi (Lang Son); Lao Cai; Na Meo (Thanh Hoa); Nam Can (Nghe An); Cau Treo (Ha Tinh) and Cha Lo (Quang Binh); La Lay, Lao Bao (Quang Tri); Bo Y (Kon Tum); Moc Bai and Xa Mat (Tay Ninh); Tinh Bien and Song Tien (An Giang); Ha Tien (Kien Giang).

13 sea ports include: Hon G*i and Cam Pha (Quang Ninh province); Hai Phong; Nghi Son (Thanh Hoa); Vung Ang (Ha Tinh); Chan May (Thua Thien Hue); Danang; Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa); Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh); Dung Quat (Quang Ngai); Vung Tau (Ba Ria - Vung Tau); Ho Chi Minh City; Duong D**g (Kien Giang).

The above policy is implemented by the Government in accordance with the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam in 2019.

This is the first sign of opening the market. In order for the policy to put into practice, it is necessary to add other conditions such as reopening flight routes, details of procedures, fees and quarantine regulations.
