⚠️ Going to Laos? Don't skip this.
There's a new digital immigration form (LDIF) that's now mandatory for ALL foreign visitors, fill it out within 3 days before you land, and again within 3 days before you leave. You'll get a QR code to show at the border. That's it, pretty straightforward, just don't forget it exists.

A few things to know:
🔗 Fill it out at immigration.gov.la only
⏰ Within 3 days before arrival + 3 days before departure
📲 You'll get a QR code valid for 3 days — keep it ready at the border
❌ Does NOT replace your visa — standard requirements still apply

Nationwide rollout coming in early 2026 so this is only going to become more relevant.

Bawah Reserve just quietly added $100/person to all transport packages. Singapore, Batam, combined transfers, all of it. Effective now for any new booking.
Blame it on global fuel prices (fair enough honestly).
The silver lining? If you've already got a confirmed reservation, your rate doesn't change. But if Bawah's been sitting in your "maybe someday" list for a while... someday just got a little more expensive 👀
Worth it though? Still one of the most remote, untouched island escapes in all of Southeast Asia. So yeah, probably still worth it.
