April 30, 2025 – Military Parade in Ho Chi Minh City
Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025)
🕕 Time & Location
6:30 AM – The official commemorative ceremony begins at Le Duan Street, in front of the Independence Palace.
8:00 AM – The military parade and public march begin, featuring around 13,000 participants, including armed forces, militias, students, and civic groups.
📍 Parade Route
The march starts at the Le Duan – Nguyen Binh Khiem intersection.
All units will pass the main stand in front of the Independence Palace.
After the ceremony, groups will disperse toward:
Le Van Tam Park, Tao Dan Park, Bach Dang Wharf Park
📺 Where to Watch
The public can view the parade live along the streets or on 20 large LED screens set up in central HCMC.
🎆 Other Highlights
Fireworks shows at more than 30 locations across the city.
A 21-gun salute in the central area.
Drone performances and aircraft flyovers for a festive, patriotic atmosphere.

Arrive early (between 3:00 AM – 4:00 AM) to get the best viewing spots along Le Duan Street.
