Hoi An Cooking Class On Board - Either a morning of afternoon departure. Starting at the local market to select the best ingredients followed by a cruise on the Thu Bon River before anchoring in a quiet spot to discover the art of Vietnamese cuisine. Romantic Sunset Dinner Cruise - Setting of at 5pm to take in the spectacular Hoi An sunsets, this 2 hour cruise offers plenty of local seafood amongst the seven dishes on offer. Relaxing Dinner Cruise - An exquisite seven course set menu is offered on board as you take in the sights of Hoi An and the Thu Bon River by night.
