🌏 Step into the hidden beauty of Va Cave, one of Vietnam’s most extraordinary caves.

First discovered in 2012 and located just beyond Son Doong, the cave is famous for its nearly 1,000 rare and delicate stalagmites — a formation found in very few places on Earth.

Inside, you’ll encounter mystical underground rivers, waterfalls, and stunning cone-shaped stalagmites that create a truly otherworldly atmosphere.

The adventure includes swimming through underground rivers, climbing rocky passages, and crossing safely with ropes along the way.

Spring and summer are the perfect seasons to experience the beauty of Hang Va.

Ushma’s Linen Dream in Hội An.

A few days before flying to Vietnam, Ushma sent me a message: I really want to tailor a linen outfit in Hội An… but I only have two nights there. Is it possible?

I smiled and replied: Don’t worry at all. In Hội An, a custom-made outfit can be ready in just 24 hours.

That was all.

Ushma had always imagined Vietnam as a place of colors, culture, and quiet beauty. But she didn’t know that one of her most personal travel memories would begin with… a simple idea: a linen dress.

Now when Ushma left Vietnam, she packed more than souvenirs. She carried:

A linen dress made in Há»™i An.
A feeling she could relive every time she wears it.

Vietnam – The Land of Thousands Smiles

There are many reasons people travel. Some seek breathtaking landscapes, others look for culture, food, or history. But in Vietnam, there is something even more special — something you don’t just see, but truly feel.

That is the warmth of its people.

Vietnam is often called “The Land of Thousands Smiles” — and it’s not just a poetic phrase. It’s a reality you will experience from the very first moment you arrive.

From the busy streets of Hanoi to the peaceful countryside of Ninh Binh, from the lantern-lit alleys of Hoi An to the vibrant energy of Ho Chi Minh City — you will always be welcomed with genuine smiles. Not the kind that comes from service training, but from the heart.

Vietnamese people have a natural way of making you feel at home. A simple street vendor may greet you like an old friend. A local guide doesn’t just show you places — they share stories, culture, and pride. Even in the smallest interactions, you will feel kindness and sincerity.

And when it comes to travel services, Vietnam goes beyond expectations.

Here, hospitality is not just about delivering a service — it’s about creating an experience. Every detail is carefully taken care of, every moment thoughtfully arranged, so that you don’t have to worry about anything.

From the moment you land, you are treated like a VIP.

Your journey is seamless.
Your comfort is prioritized.
Your preferences are understood — sometimes even before you say them.

Whether it’s a private transfer waiting for you at the airport, a guide who remembers your favorite food, or a team that is always just one message away — you are never alone during your trip.

Because in Vietnam, we don’t just serve travelers.
We take care of them — like family.

And that is why so many visitors come back.
Not only for the beauty of the country,
but for the feeling it leaves in their heart.

Vietnam is not just a destination.
It is a place where you are welcomed, cared for, and remembered.

Vietnam – where every smile tells a story,
and every journey feels like coming home.

Another special day—something unexpected came my way.

One day, I spent a full 4 hours continuously consulting a client about their tour and completely forgot about lunch. The client went out to buy food and even brought an extra meal for me. After everything was done, they took out another $100 and said, “I’d like to tip you.”

A special guest from Australia whom I had the chance to meet during his 20-day journey across Vietnam. We arranged to meet when he stopped in the beautiful town of Hoi An, and we spent some time chatting together.

He told me this was his first time visiting Vietnam, and he was truly impressed by the country’s stunning landscapes and the warmth and friendliness of the Vietnamese people. He also shared that what he was experiencing here felt quite different from what he had learned about Vietnam in school many years ago.

After this trip, he said he might need to revisit and learn more about Vietnam’s history from a new perspective.

Perhaps that is one of the most wonderful things about travel. A journey is not only about visiting new places, but also about discovering truths, feelings, and stories that no textbook can truly compare with.

🌍 Travel & Aviation Update – Vietnam (March 2026)

Recent tensions in the Middle East are beginning to impact global aviation and fuel prices. Here is a quick update on the situation affecting Vietnam:

📍Flight disruptions
• From 28 Feb – 6 Mar 2026, 98 flights were cancelled or rescheduled (80 passenger flights, 18 cargo flights).
• Around 20,000 passengers were affected.
• Airlines impacted include:
• Qatar Airways: 31 flights cancelled (~4,800 passengers affected)
• Etihad Airways: 6 flights cancelled (~1,468 passengers affected)
• Emirates: 6 flights cancelled (~1,000 passengers affected), though the airline still operated 14 other flights.

📍International routes to Vietnam still operating normally
• Europe: Paris, Frankfurt (Vietnam Airlines), and Istanbul (Turkish Airlines) – with Istanbul becoming an alternative hub for European travelers.
• Northeast Asia: Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China routes continue operating normally and remain the largest source markets for Vietnam tourism.
• Southeast Asia: Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, and Jakarta routes remain stable.
• India: Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata routes to Hanoi continue to operate.

📍Fuel price impact
• Global tensions and supply disruptions have caused fuel prices to surge worldwide, affecting transportation costs in Vietnam.
• The government has encouraged remote work when possible to reduce fuel consumption, while many people are shifting toward public transportation and electric vehicles.

📍Travel trend
• Some Middle Eastern travelers currently in Vietnam are extending their visas and holidays, choosing to stay longer rather than travel during this sensitive period.

Vietnam remains safe and accessible, with most international routes continuing to operate normally.

Airfares Likely to Remain Volatile in the Coming Period

Rising tensions in the Middle East are pushing global fuel prices higher, putting significant pressure on the transportation sector, especially aviation. With fuel costs surging, many transport companies—from railways and bus operators to airlines—are considering adjustments to ticket prices and freight rates.

According to several ticket agencies in Ho Chi Minh City, airfare for flights to Europe has already increased by about 10–20%. One reason is that major Middle Eastern carriers such as Emirates, Qatar Airways, and Etihad Airways have limited operations due to the conflict.

In the domestic market, ticket prices remain relatively stable for now since the peak travel season has not yet begun. However, many agents say prices are gradually rising as the April 30 – May 1 holiday and the summer travel season approach.

Mr. Nguyễn Quang Trung, Deputy CEO of Vietnam Airlines, stated that if fuel prices rise to around $200 per barrel, airline operating costs could double. “At that point, the more we fly, the more we lose,” he said.
