“We had a fantastic experience with the Home Cooking Class with My Hoi An Family. The day began at 9am when we were warmly welcomed at the family’s home. We then headed to the local market to shop for fresh produce, guided by our lovely host. Along the way, we tried a local specialty drink and sampled exotic fruits we’d never had before – all of which were delicious. It was a great way to immerse ourselves in the local culture and get an authentic Hoi An experience.
Back at the house, we began cooking a variety of traditional dishes. We made a fresh mango salad with beef, chicken with lemongrass and chili, fragrant rice, and crispy prawn and banana spring rolls – which were a real highlight. The cooking process was hands-on, fun, and easy to follow, and the food turned out amazing.
Overall, it was a memorable experience run by a kind and welcoming family. Price was ******VND per person. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy great food and genuine Vietnamese hospitality.
