🔔HUE RURAL LIFE DISCOVERY by VESPA

Overview:
Take delight in sitting on the back of a Vespa scooter for a memorial ride through the scenic countryside of Hue. To learn about Vietnamese rural life, Vespa takes you on small country roads to the parts of Hue most visitors don’t see such as immense rice paddies, village pagodas of Buddhism, lichen-covered chapels and communal houses. Come and see a peasant family to get to know about their life. You should not miss the Thanh Toan tile-roofed Bridge (16th century) which is a historic and cultural credit to the community.
🕢07:30 | Our guide and Vespa driver pick up you at hotel. The trip starts at Vespa cafe or at your hotel where you have a tour briefing so you can get yourself prepared for a variety of sightseeing and photo opportunities.
🕗08:00 | We escape the city by following the small roads to the countryside. On the way to local markets, our Vespa will go through a lots of communal houses and family temples. Stop for a while so that tour guide can explain about Vietnamese villages and such places of worship.
Stop and take a look lively village market “Dạ Lê market” where most female villagers come every day to buy and sell their produce.
🕣08:45 | Keep riding on the paved roads to visit a village pagoda of Buddhism in which you hear about they talk about story “cause and effect” or “seed condition”. Try to question Why?
🕘09:15 | Leaving the pagoda for a local family. Stop at another local market on its way is optional.
Vespa stops then you stroll in the village to visit a local rice-growing family, the three-generation family inherits a traditional job of making sticky-rice cakes well-known as “Banh Chung – Banh Tet” in Vietnam. You can taste the cake while hearing their stories and having green tea before riding to next place.
🕤09:30 | When we come to Thanh Toan Village, taking a walk around the village, stop by the Farming Tools Museum for a glimpse of local farming customs before we have a soft drink with local snacks, taste the sticky-rice cake from the local family.
🕚11:00 | Getting back of your Vespa scooter to return to your hotel in the city. End of the tour.
