Night 1: Hanoi - Night train to Lao Cai
We pick you up at hotel and transfer to Railway Stationat 20:30PM. The train departs at 21:50PM and arrives Lao Cai at 6:30AM in the morning.
Overnight on Victoria Express Train with superior 4-berth compartments shared with other passengers. Private/Deluxe compartments on request at surcharge.
Day 1: Lao Cai - Sapa - Lao Chai - Tavan
Our guide will pick you up at Lao Cai Station with signboard named “WaytoVietnam Travel – Welcome Mr /Ms” at 6:30 AM. We transfer to Sapa by private car for the distance of 38 kms and 1.5 hours driving on winding roads up the mountains to Sapa. Have breakfast in hotel. The balance of the morning is at leisure.
After lunch, driving down town to Lao Chai village. You can enjoy stunning views of Muong Hoa valley, terraced rice field as well as meet many ethnic minority on the road. Then we turn off the main road to take a local path to Lao Chai village, a village of H’mong ethnic. We keep walking further to reach Tavan village, where you can meet Day ethnic with different customes from H’mong ethnic. Then, we trek to the meeting point where our car is waiting for picking you up to Sapa.

Day 2: Ma Tra - Ta Phin - Lao Cai - Night train to Hanoi
After breakfast, we check out the hotel. Then driving to the south of Sapa to visit 2 village of H’mong ethnic and Red Dao ethnic. We start from trekking point and pass through terraced rice field to Ma Tra village, where is the home of H’mong ethnic. Then you keep trekking further pass through local school to Ta Phin village, a village of Red Dzao ethnic. Take a rest there and explore the life of Red Dzao. Have lunch with local family.
In the afternoon, we transfer back to Lao Cai Station for night train to Hanoi. The train departs at 20:45PM and arrives Hanoi at 5:30AM. Tour finishes.
