However, visitors should keep a few things in mind:

- Access is not always freely open because regulations change frequently. Some entrances may be blocked, or visitors may only be allowed in through cafés.
- The best time to visit is in the late afternoon or evening, when the lights come on and the atmosphere becomes more lively.
- When the train approaches, always follow instructions from locals or café staff and avoid standing on the tracks for too long, as this is an active railway line.
