er, and discover. Established in May 2012, Mr Linh’s Adventures is based in the vibrant city of Hanoi. We have a professional team who all have a love travelling and are passionate about sharing their knowledge and experience. Our aim is providing professional, high-quality services whilst supporting local communities in raising the quality of local life. The majority of our fantastic team are from the same small town in which Mr Linh’s Adventure originated, and we aim to create stable jobs to help our staff grow along with the company. Quality is our top priority and is the main focus of any adventure organised by Mr Linh’s Adventures. In order to sustain an outstanding level of quality, we ensure that all of our guides are properly trained, that we hold the relevant permits as designated by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Vietnam, and that our equipment and service is of an international standard. To maintain safety and to ensure that you have a memorable trip, all of our adventures are run as private trips or in small groups. New chapter for tourism in Northern Vietnam!

In a recent post, I talked about the mergers of provinces... And since it's Friday, I'd like to tell you more about Ba Be National Park and our beloved Bac Kan province, which is now called Thai Nguyen!

This July 1, 2025, marks much more than a simple administrative reorganization. It's a new window opening for visitors and the birth of a new tourism entity that promises unprecedented expansion and diversification of the tourism offer.

Imagine: the legendary Ba Be lake in Bac Kan, famous for its national park and exceptional natural landscapes , now connects with emblematic sites in Thai Nguyen like Nui Coc lake, the tea plantations in the Tan Cuong region, and even with the Museum of Ethnic Cultures of Thai Nguyen. A harmonious itinerary combining nature, ethnic culture, and history awaits you!

The Tay and Nung cultures, already prominent in Bac Kan with "Then singing" and Tinh music, are enriched by the traditions of Thai Nguyen, offering an authentic local immersion. For history enthusiasts, this new province is a true treasure, connecting Bac Kan's strategic security zone (ATK) during the Indochina War with Thai Nguyen's rich revolutionary history sites like ATK Dinh Hoa.
