Hành trình bắt đầu với tắm tráng, tiếp nối ngâm khoáng trong nhà và ngoài trời ở 38–40°C, xông hơi ướt 45–50°C và sauna khô 50–55°C, rồi chuyển sang bể lạnh 17°C, bể soda 38–40°C và kết thúc bằng whirlpool bath, quá trình này giúp cải thiện tuần hoàn, mịn màng làn da và phục hồi toàn diện.
👨👩👧👦 Ngâm khoáng nóng Onsen Gia Đình:
Sau tắm tráng, cả gia đình cùng thư giãn trong làn nước khoáng ấm 36–38°C, nhẹ nhàng và dễ chịu cho mọi lứa tuổi, mang đến những khoảnh khắc quây quần trọn vẹn.
🔐 Ngâm khoáng nóng Onsen riêng tư:
Sau tắm tráng, bạn tận hưởng bể khoáng riêng tư 38–40°C trong phòng riêng yên tĩnh, nơi trải nghiệm được cá nhân hóa hoàn toàn.
💦 Xông hơi Ganban:
Liệu trình nhiệt – lạnh dẫn dắt cơ thể từ phòng đá nóng 55-60°C, phòng muối Himalaya 50-55°C, phòng IKI tinh dầu 70–75°C và phòng tuyết 12–15°C, hỗ trợ thải độc nhẹ nhàng và phục hồi năng lượng.

Bắt đầu bằng tắm tráng, tiếp đến là ngâm bùn khoáng ấm giàu khoáng chất giúp tẩy tế bào chết, thải độc, và nuôi dưỡng làn da. Cảm nhận tức thì làn da mịn màng ngay sau tắm sạch.
🌿 Xông hơi Yomogi (dành riêng cho phụ nữ):
