I was quite surprised when I asked: “After such a long journey in VN, which place did you like the most?
They didn’t hesitate at all and said Da Lat and Long Coc right away.
It honestly made me really happy. This place still feels almost untouched on the VN travel map, but for those who visit, it tends to leave a very unique and memorable feeling.

A few days ago, I had the chance to meet a couple who came to our village on their own. They wanted to explore the tea hills, but without any local guide or information, they missed out on what makes this place truly special.

Later on, they found my page and reached out. I shared with them stories about our tea farms — when it all began, how local families pick the leaves, and what life around the hills is really like.

Before they left, I packed a small bag of our local tea as a gift — a little memory of Long Coc, and a thank-you for their curiosity and kindness.

It’s moments like this that remind me why I started Long Cốc Tea Trails: to help travelers not just see, but feel this land. 🍃

Vài ngày trước, mình có cơ hội được gặp hai người bạn. Hai bạn tự đến khám phá, nhưng vì không có hướng dẫn hay thông tin cụ thể, họ đã bỏ lỡ nhiều điều đặc biệt từ nơi này.

Sau đó, hai bạn tìm ra và liên hệ với mình. Mình đã chia sẻ cho họ câu chuyện về các nương chè địa phương - Về những ngày đầu khi vùng chè được hình thành, cách chè được thu hoạch, và cuộc sống của những người dân bản địa.

Trước khi hai bạn rời đi, mình đã chuẩn bị một món quà tặng nhỏ, là lời cảm ơn của mình vì sự quan tâm và tình cảm của bạn dành cho Long Cốc.

🫖 Long Coc Tea Trails by Tuan Khanh – a journey that began with a small scar…

There’s a scar on my right index finger. It’s from those freezing winter days when I carefully picked each tender tea bud by hand. Some days, sudden downpours soaked me to the bone as I walked back from the tea hills.

I used to hate all of that.

But it was those scars that helped me continue my education.
And it was after those rains that I saw the lake shimmering under the light, and the lush green trees dancing in the breeze.

🌿 I never thought my hometown could be this beautiful…

After months of just dreaming about it, today I finally begin Long Coc Tea Trails by Tuan Khanh – a little project filled with love and the desire to give something back to the land where I was born. The journey is just beginning, and I hope we’ll get to walk it together. 💚
