Sapa Sisters Trekking Adventures

Sapa Sisters Trekking Adventures We are Sapa Sisters, an ethnic minority Hmong trekking group based in the beautiful northern mountains Hope to see you in Sapa!

We're Hmong trekking guides from Lao Chai, a small village down in the Muong Hoa valley near the town Sapa. We grew up in these mountains and know the trails inside out. Our work is to guide people around this beautiful landscape and give them a good time. We prefer working independently and we're very experienced when it comes to guiding people.

The best reward after a long day on the trail. Watching the valley turn golden from Mao's house.

Chai's group had tired feet and chose to paraglide all the way down to their homestay instead.
Muong Hoa Valley from above. Rice terraces, sunshine, and zero uphill.
P.S. Sapa Sisters has not turned into a paragliding company, but if the weather plays along we can help you arrange it πŸ˜„

🌟🌟🌟Something incredible happened this week!🌟🌟🌟
In 2025, our TripAdvisor account was stolen by a third party. We eventually got the account back, but the original listing was renamed under a different business name. 15 years and over 4,000 customer reviews of our work were gone overnight.
A few days ago we sent an email to thousands of past Sapa Sisters guests, asking if anyone could help us by leaving a fresh review on our new verified listing. The response was overwhelming. And then one of our past guests went a step further and reached out to former TripAdvisor contacts on our behalf.
This morning, the reviews are back!

Our verified Sapa Sisters listing now shows 3,563 reviews and is ranked #1 of 270 outdoor activities in Sapa.

If you wrote us a review on our old TripAdvisor listing, it should now be back on our verified Sapa Sisters page. You don't need to do anything more.
Thank you. To everyone who trekked with us, wrote a review, opened that email, and especially to the one guest who refused to let this slide. We are so grateful.
With love from the mountains,
Sapa Sisters

Now that's what we call a class trip! 🌿
Lang, Ze, and Mao guided 21 students and 3 teachers from The Grauer School (California) on a 3-day, 2-night trek through Sapa valley. Big group, big energy, and a surprise birthday celebration on top of it all!
Thank you for trusting us with your crew. Come back anytime. πŸ”οΈ
