Tâm thức của chúng ta là một dòng tương tục của sự sáng rõ và nhận biết. Bản tính của tâm vốn thanh tịnh, và chính vì vậy, mỗi chúng ta đều có khả năng chuyển hóa từ một phàm phu còn bị vô minh và phiền não che lấp thành một bậc giác ngộ với những phẩm tính vô biên. ✨

Cờ cầu nguyện hiện diện khắp Samten Hills Dalat. Trên hành trình trở về, quý vị có thể bắt gặp những dải cờ Lungta tung bay trong gió. Các thần chú in trên cờ được tin rằng sẽ theo gió lan tỏa, mang lời nguyện lành đến bất kỳ ai mà gió chạm tới.

Hình ảnh lá cờ chuyển động với tiếng phần phật trong gió, cùng những vòng kinh luân chậm rãi xoay, gợi nên một cảm nhận rất riêng về sự tĩnh tại và bình an.

Năng lực của ngày xuất hiện làm cho thế giới trở nên nhẹ nhàng, sáng sủa. Năng lực của đêm buông xuống làm cho ánh sáng biến thành bóng tối. Ngày và đêm nối tiếp nhau, cũng như mọi sự duyên hợp đều không ngừng biến đổi. Những gì được tích tập cuối cùng sẽ suy tàn, những gì được dựng xây cuối cùng sẽ sụp đổ, mọi gặp gỡ cuối cùng sẽ chia ly, và mọi sự sinh ra kết thúc bằng cái chết.

Nhờ hiểu rằng mọi sự duyên hợp đều vô thường, ta sẽ đối kháng lại sự tham muốn mạnh mẽ đối với cuộc đời này. Ngoài ra, điều này sẽ gieo trồng hạt giống của niềm tin, củng cố sự tinh tấn của ta và là một nguyên nhân cho việc nhận ra tính chất nhất như của mọi sự, qua việc nhanh chóng tiệt trừ sự tham luyến và ghét bỏ.

By understanding that all conditioned phenomena are impermanent, we can counteract our strong attachment to this life. Furthermore, this understanding plants the seeds of faith, strengthens our diligence, and becomes a cause for realizing the equal nature of all phenomena by swiftly eliminating attachment and aversion.

Tâm là cội nguồn của hạnh phúc, nhưng đôi khi thân có thể dẫn đường. Tâm và thân có mối quan hệ mật thiết. Những gì khởi lên trong tâm sẽ biểu hiện nơi thân, qua ánh mắt, hơi thở, dáng điệu và nét mặt. Ngược lại, một thay đổi nhỏ nơi thân cũng có thể tác động trở lại tâm.

Cười chính là phương pháp đơn giản để cảm thấy dễ chịu. Khi ta mỉm cười, sự chuyển động dù rất nhỏ nơi thân cũng có thể tạo nên một chuyển biến bên trong, để tâm có thêm điều kiện buông bớt căng thẳng, trở nên rộng mở và an hòa hơn.
