Artist and children’s book author guest left us this amazing and funny art upon departure - the absolute biggest compliment!! In my mind’s eye from the beginning, my ideal guest included artists, entrepreneurs and change makers, and it’s so amazing to see that vision come to life. Thank you to for this priceless art, you’ll see it framed at the cottage very soon!

There is something so beautiful about this time of year near the beach. When the last of the flowers greets the first chill of the new season, and you sense these changes in the waves of the Bay, it’s pure magic. {Also, does the most amazing arrangements!}

When a guest’s art greets you during your visit to the cottage! Thank you for this little treasure which brought a smile to my face when I was sprucing up the maker space last weekend. We always surprise and delight guests! Now that it’s spring, the wonderful flowers of are a favorite offering. Check out the farm during your visit, they have pick-your-own flowers and workshops.

What thoughts, dreams, wishes, prayers have you lifted up to the sea? For over a decade I worked for an interfaith environmental nonprofit. It became very clear very quickly that no matter your background - religious or scarcely beliefs at all - everybody feels reverence in front of the sea.
