The Endless Summer Kissimmee Florida Home is a spacious and well-appointed lakefront vacation villa located in the gated community of Sunset Lakes in Kissimmee, Florida. The bright and welcoming interior offers an open foyer, two living rooms, dining room, full kitchen with new appliances and counter seating, dinette, guest bathroom, laundry room and attached two-car garage. Endless Summer offers

five guest bedrooms and three full bathrooms on the second floor, including two master bedrooms. The master suite has a private bath with a large soaking tub, toilet room, stand-up shower and two vanities. This enchanting property features a large screened-in southeast-facing heated pool and spa, outdoor shower, covered lanais with a lake view, chaise lounges and table/chairs. As an added bonus, the house adjoins Sunset Lake, a well-stocked fishing lake and conservation area. Driveway parking, clothes washer and dryer, high speed internet/Wi-Fi and cable TV are complimentary for our guests. If you decide to explore Sunset Lake, you'll find a small fishing pier as well as cabana where you can enjoy the morning sunrise, the spectacular sunset and... Disney fireworks! As you approach Endless Summer you'll pass communal facilities, including a large swimming pool with changing facilities and chaise lounges plus a small playground for younger children. The Endless Summer house is close to many popular destinations, including but certainly not limited to:

Discovery Cove - 30 minutes

We’re proud to be part of a forward-thinking community that puts prioritizes public safety. Osceola County is making great strides by building two new fire stations near Endless Summer!

🚒 Welcome Osceola County Fire Rescue Station 71 to its new home on Westside Boulevard! This station is home to Engine 71 and Rescue 71.

🚨 We’re also thrilled to welcome the newest addition to OSCFR: Station 75, located on Funie Steed Road. This station will add and house Engine 75 and Rescue 75.

Both fire stations are just minutes from Endless Summer. This marks four new fire station builds by Osceola County in just the past year. We’re grateful for this investment in our community!
