I was very excited to get an invitation this year from Ascend with ALG Vacations!!
I arrived yesterday in Cancun for this amazing conference. I am thrilled to be able to see so many resorts and meet other Travel Advisors. We saw 5 resorts today so, more pics to come!
I am staying in the Riu Palace Peninsula as my host resort. This is a very nice property and the people are friendly and very helpful! Y’all know me … I love a good Spa so, that was my 1 st stop when I arrived yesterday. Renova Spa was top notch!
I experienced a traditional Mayan Purification Ritual treatment. It was unbelievable and just what I needed after a long flight! I highly recommend the Spa here. Today after seeing 5 resorts and over 12,000 steps , it was back to the Spa for a much-needed pedicure. They are so wonderful here. This is an adults only resort and just had a complete renovation Aug 2026. If you are interested in this property for a long weekend, let me know.
