Groundskeeper position. $20hr with 20hr per week or more for the right fit. Mowing lawns, watering plants and yards, small landscaping tasks, taking garbage bins to curb on Wednesday, beach/yard cleanup, replacing propane tanks on grills when empty, painting a plus but not a dealbreaker. All equipment and tools on site including riding mower, etc. Super flexible schedule and work by yourself!
