The rain has come to the north again It's been a bit of roller coaster weather pattern this summer. Some days hot others like winter. Prepare for all when you are heading to the Bay of Islands.
The bush is buzzing with bird life and looking lush The success of our local Bay Bush Action group trapping the forest has most definitely attributed to this. Join us on a tour which includes a bush walk see our giant Kauri Trees and embrace the tranquility as you wander along the trails.

The Anthem of Seas arrived with an es**rt of dolphins into the Bay of Islands this morning The sun shone the visitors were full of Vivere & spent the day exploring & enjoying the sights and sounds of our fabulous area.

Rain Rain there was a glimmer of sun the other day Northland is getting it's extra share of rain. The view from our farmhouse is misty rain over the hills and trees as far as the view can see. One thing with rain the waterfalls are pumping and it should be a good growing season coming up. It's still warm compared to some places in NZ we've got 15oC right now in the afternoon. Taking holiday on the other side of the world is what Kiwi's do in the winter. Hope you are all dry and cosy.
