Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Boat Detailer & Customer Support Specialist. This role involves cleaning and detailing boats, assisting customers, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing operational support to our mechanics and store team.

Responsibilities:

Clean and detail boats to a high standard, ensuring they are showroom-ready.

Drive tractors and boats to move and position them as needed.

Assist customers with hooking up their boats and ensuring safe connections.

Safely back up boats and maneuver them in tight spaces.

Provide support to mechanics, including transporting tools and assisting with minor tasks.

Maintain a clean shop environment, including emptying trash and ensuring organization.

Deliver excellent customer service by being friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Qualifications:

Must have experience driving tractors and operating boats confidently.

Valid driver’s license and ability to tow and back up trailers.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to [weight limit]).

Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively in a team.

Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
