I had the most amazing weekend at Hotel Polaris celebrating 40 years of The Travel Society. I am so honored to be a part of such an incredible community of advisors, leadership, and partners around the world.

I am also thrilled to announce that Zia World Travel has made the Million Dollar Club for the second year in a row!!! Over a million dollars in travel sales for 2026- wow! None of this would be possible without the amazing clients who trust me with their vacations - I can’t tell you how much I appreciate each and every one of you!!!

So grateful for this time to connect, learn, celebrate, and recharge! Let’s make 2027 even better!!!!

New fave destination!! In August, we spent a week exploring Roatán, an island off the coast of Honduras. Conrad got his first passport stamp, we spent lazy mornings snorkeling and hanging out on the beach, got to see lots of animals, and I got to scuba dive for the first time in 17 years!

There are some really beautiful hotels on the island that I would love to send some Zia clients to!! This is the perfect spot for someone wanting to enjoy a casual, beach bum vibe, and especially amazing if you’re interested in scuba diving since it sits on the second largest coral reef in the world!!

It’s been a busy year over here 🤍

We welcomed Conrad to the world in February and I’ve spent the last six months soaking up baby snuggles and adjusting to life as a mom.

Behind the scenes, though, Zia has been busier than ever. Even with taking two months off for maternity leave and juggling a milk monster between client calls, this has officially been Zia’s biggest year yet!! And it’s only August!!!

I’m so grateful for every client who has trusted me with their travels this year, sent their friends and family my way, and kept me very busy planning some truly incredible trips.

I’m excited to be back on the gram and start sharing more of what Zia clients have been up to around the world! PS, it’s not too late to plan your 2026 trips and it’s also not too early to plan your 2027!! I am still accepting inquiries for October-December, and next year is filling up fast!✈️

Alright guys, here it is…. My FAVORITE trip to plan of 2025 (and honestly, maybe ever)!!

This client came to me a few weeks ago- “my wife and I want to go somewhere cool next month, maybe Africa but I don’t want to do a week long safari… just plan me something awesome that not everyone else does” I got a chance to spin my creative wheels and create a once in a lifetime trip for them to Namibia!!! I don’t think I’ve ever had FOMO so bad while working on a client trip.

These guests will start their time in Namibia with a night to adjust in Windhoek, then will fly to Etosha to stay at Ongava Tented Camp for a 3 day traditional safari. They’ll spend their time enjoying game drives, sundowners in the bush, and might even see elephants drinking from the watering hole on property!

After their safari is when things really get fun. These clients will hop on a private scenic plane charter to Namibia’s skeleton coast. They will get to see the stunning Namibian coastline, scattered with shipwrecks and whale bones, from above, with a guide explaining exactly what they are looking at. They will make their way to the iconic Shipwreck Lodge, the ONLY hotel on the skeleton coast and truly as remote as it gets. Just 10 cabins, the service is unparalleled. They’ll spend 3 nights here, sand boarding, quad biking, picnicking on the beach, and exploring the unique topography of the region.

Another scenic private flight will take them to their next stop… Kwessi Dunes in the NamibRand Nature Reserve, a vast red dune desert escape. The chalets at Kwessi Dunes are expertly designed- you have your interior bedroom and bathroom, but ALSO each of the 12 chalets has a connected open outdoor bedroom for stargazing as the property is a designated ‘Dark Sky Reserve’ with little to no light pollution. They’ll have 3 nights here to explore the Sossusvlei Desert, go on amazing nature drives and walks, stargaze, horseback ride, hit the spa, or relax by the watering hole to see tons of oryx.

Another perk? All 3 of these properties are fully all inclusive- food, drinks, and activities! Once they are in destination, they will barely have to touch their wallets!!

Can you tell I’m excited about this one??? I absolutely love when clients give me the freedom to plan the wildest, once in a lifetime itineraries. These guests leave in 2 weeks and I CANNOT wait to hear all about it!!

I am SO beyond excited to share that I made it into this year’s $1 million club! From September 2024 to September 2025, I sold over one million dollars in travel, a milestone that once felt completely out of reach.

I’ve looked up to members of this club for years, so reaching this goal is such a full-circle moment. I’m endlessly grateful to The Travel Society, the incredible host agency behind Zia World Travel, for the community, connections, and support that have helped my business thrive.

And of course, none of this would be possible without the wonderful clients who trust Zia World Travel with their adventures. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

MAJOR Zia World Travel client win today!!! I got a message from some very happy honeymooners that checked in to Atelier Playa Mujeres yesterday! I am so excited to share that I will be spending the next month in Italy! First of all, I am thrilled to have been invited to the prestigious 2025 conference. I can’t wait to spend the week learning from and meeting with the hotels and vendors I work with on a daily basis in person!

If you’re already going to be in Italy, you might as well tack on 3 weeks of exploring, right? 🤪 I am beyond excited to stay at some of the most iconic properties in Italy- ones my clients have raved about over the last few years!

The last time I visited Italy, I was 20 and staying in 30-bed hostel rooms… this trip is going to have a very different vibe!😂 Follow along if you want to be spammed with w**e, bread, and 5 star hotel bath tub pics!!! 🍷🛁

I am beyond excited for my clients that will be cruising with this summer! These ships are the best of the best- luxurious, stylish, and chic. Amazing food, thoughtfully designed rooms, and a gorgeous spa. A 1.25:1 guest to host ratio means the service level is absolutely above and beyond. And that’s just the ship!!

At Zia World Travel, I love a challenge!!!! I am so excited about this last minute Egypt trip. This family reached out a couple of days ago wanting a little bit of guidance for their trip to Egypt that leaves in THREE DAYS….

I swooped in, restructured their trip a bit, and booked a couple amazing hotels- I think they are going to absolutely love it!!! They’ll be spending 3 nights at the Four Seasons in Cairo (), 2 nights at the iconic Winter Palace in Luxor (), and their final night will be at Marriott Mena House (), overlooking the pyramids. In each hotel, they’ll be in beautiful two bedroom suites to comfortably fit their family of four.

They will get to experience Egypt in style with ATV riding in front of the pyramids, a hot air balloon ride over the temples in Luxor, and a private driver/guide assisting them all day, every day. It will actually be the same guide my husband and I toured with last May, Hazem Khaled! I know they will love him. They’ll also get to make their own perfume, customize gold cartouche necklaces, and see Karnak temple lit up at the evening Sound and Light Show. I can’t wait to see their pics!!!

Tuesday was National Plan A Vacation Day!✈️ I’m running a little behind after a crazy busy week working on some amazing trips, but in honor of that, I wanted to share what it looks like to plan a vacation with Zia World Travel!

1▪️Let’s Get Started! Fill out an inquiry form on my website, www.ziaworldtravel.com under “Let’s Plan!” to give me some basic details about your dream trip!

2▪️Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll send you a link to schedule a complimentary consultation. During your consultation, we will discuss your goals for your trip- location, dates, budget, and interests!

3▪️After our consultation, You’ll pay a small planning fee (varies based on trip complexity, occasion, and number of travelers)

4▪️From here, I get to work!! Depending on what you want, I will design an expert itinerary for your trip including hotels, airport transfers, and activities. If you’re looking for a cruise or single resort stay, I’ll present a few options that I think would be a great fit for you. Most of the time, Zia guests get VIP status and amenities at the hotels I book them at! ✨

5▪️Once you’ve reviewed your itinerary or proposal, we will collaborate to make any changes you want until your trip is perfect!

6▪️Then, I handle the rest! I book the trip and coordinate all the little details. If you have questions, you can come straight to me (hello, not waiting on hold for 3 hours with Expedia!!!😳) I’ll send your final trip documents 2-3 weeks before travel.

7▪️On travel day…. You just show up and enjoy!!🎉
