As you all know I am always striving for better things for Market street kitchen, spend hopeless amounts of time studying future industry trends, people's spending habits and all that jazz, but this also involves seeing alot of facts and figures, I've even seen many well know places close there doors for good the past 12 months including some good freinds of mine, and this is continuing to happen everywhere, so I thought I would share a few facts with you all collect your thoughts let us know what more could the industry do for you ✌️

The industry is in the worst crisis it’s ever faced — and the numbers are frightening:

🔥 59,000 hospitality jobs lost this year
🔥 16,000+ venues gone since 2020
