Garden room with cane chairs & bamboo tables. Outhouse with tumble dryer, iron & ironing board, drying & storage space. Enclosed private garden with barbeque, table and seating, but not guaranteed dog secure! A bird feeder is outside the Garden Room with more seeds and fat balls provided to top them up. Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome, though must be kept on a lead around the smallholding. Main barn - washing machine, storage for bikes, canoes etc. Private parking for 2 vehicles. Towels and bed linen provided. Electricity & central heating included. We have 3 labs, 3 cats & chickens. Sheep and lambs are often in the fields.
