During this pandemic, we've missed seeing clients on our tours. While we realize quarantining is necessary, it is not without sadness for all the business and experiences currently ON PAUSE.

Thanks to Hannah Korelitz for sharing this great article about Instagram influencers in Crown Heights. Hopefully, this article can help illuminate some things you might see or learn on a tour. https://www.topic.com/the-instagram-influencers-of-crown-heights

Feel free to reach out with your own questions or let us know what you are up to!
And stay tuned for future virtual events sponsored by TovaTouring Inc.

For many Orthodox Jews, technology is something to be shunned. But in Brooklyn’s Chabad Lubavitcher community, women use social media to celebrate what it means to be .

Happy Purim from this Crown Heights apartment!!

They graciously opened their homes for a nighttime chill Megillah reading that wasn’t CANCELLED. We are looking forward to celebrating many more festive holidays with them and the rest of our Crown Heights Jewish community in the months to come.

On Sunday, TovaTouring Inc got a chance to meet a lovely couple, Naomi Weinblatt and Leo Traub and had the pleasure of touring them around on our full classic day tour. We learned about the history of neighborhood demographics through an examination of three main streets: Franklin Ave, Nostrand and Kingston. We spent a great deal of time looking at the architecture of religious buildings and learning about Jewish denominations that lived in the area as well as some Christian ones. Naomi and Leo were excellent food orderers at the two cafes and one restaurant we went to. Our tour guide even learned something about birding on the tour from Leo, a bird enthusiast.

Overall, we really enjoyed our day out with Naomi and Leo and encourage you all to book a tour as well. Please see our photo album from the day for more info.

If you are looking for your next date idea, PM us for details.

Happy touring!

This past Saturday night we welcomed Jon Mohr visiting for his February break. He made the excellent choice to spend his Shabbos in Crown Heights as part of the YU Shabbaton (is Brandeis YU?) and extended his trip through TovaTouring. As part of this, he spent his motzash unpacking the weekend and learning through another lens about what was said and not said over Shabbat. Here our client is pictured in Kingston Pizza, a cheap Saturday night classic. We look forward to more opportunities for people to extend their stays in Crown Heights through TovaTouring Inc.
