After years of friendship, Sander and Shaun finally had the profound opportunity to stand side-by-side on Omaha Beach while helping run the Tour. The experience was made even more powerful by the company they kept on those historic sands, sharing the beach with World War II veterans, four Vietnam veterans, and multiple veterans from the conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq.
