The best Makalu BC itinerary!
Last minute call for our mid-October full camping trek via the most interesting and scenic route in to Makalu BC.
With days of barely trekked wilderness, and a couple of remote villages, we also mostly avoid roads, an experience which is becoming rare now. If you like small group trips, this is the trip for you and it would help to have one more person to enable this trip.

Endless snow mountains and layers of light on Matho Gompa.

We're flying to Leh for the last trek this season. There's lots of snow after after unusually heavy precip but forecast is fine - lucky us!

We are all go for 2025 and already have bookings on all our Ladakh trips, and bookings for our Nepal treks are rolling in too. Flight prices are ok too, so get cracking!

Everest is on the right while the main dominant peaks are Lhotse, and this was taken above Makalu Base Camp en route to Sherpani Col on our epic 2009 GHT trek.
