Good day. I request to file a PQRSD for contrato 18766475. Tigo issued a factora the period del 01 September al 30 September 2024. The value of this factura is $45.128.00. The factura states this valor is for telefonia and television.

Telefonia and television services require at a minimum a modem. Tigo modems have serial numbers. Tigo would also have a cable box associated with this account. Tigo cable boxes have serial numbers.

As part of this PQRSD I request the serial number of the Tigo modem billed in the September service period. I also request copies of the documents which detail the dates this modem was active under contrato 18766475. I request documents which indicate where this modem billed under contrato 18766475 is at this precise moment in time.

I request Tigo provide this same data for the cable box associated with this account within 10 business days.

I received no telefonia and television services from Tigo from 01 September al 30 September 2024. I have no Tigo equipment in my possession. Therefore Tigo has rendered no services for which I should pay.

My telefonia and television provider is Claro.

Please delete the factura from the Tigo system as I was not rendered any services for which I should pay Tigo having had NO Tigo equipment in my possession in September 2024. Please advise me via email when this factura has been canceled.
