There's a brand-new Nordic spa in St. Andrews-by-the-Sea, Canada, and it's just a short drive from New England! 🍁🇨🇦

Located just steps from The Algonquin Resort, USVA by-the-Sea opened just a few months ago, and we were lucky enough to experience it during our fall getaway in New Brunswick!

We spent the morning enjoying the Nordic thermal cycle and trying some of their unique wellness experiences!

Here's what we did:

🧤 Started in the exfoliation room, where you're given a scrubbing glove to use and take home with you!
🔥 Relaxed in the dry sauna and steam room before heading outside to enjoy the heated pools and cold plunge!
💡 Tried the infrared light therapy beds for some extra relaxation
😴 Experienced the NeuroSpa, where a 30-minute session is said to feel like three hours of deep sleep!
🦵 Tried Pressotherapy, which uses gentle compression on your legs to help relieve tension
🧘‍♀️ Ended our visit relaxing in the indoor relaxation room and Himalayan salt room!

We absolutely loved our experience here!

One of the best ways to experience fall foliage in New Hampshire is aboard the Mount Washington Cog Railway! 🚂🍁

While most visitors take the train all the way to the summit, we decided to try the “Below the Clouds” steam train excursion, which takes you 4,000 feet up Mount Washington!

🚂 The experience includes a ride behind a vintage coal-fired steam locomotive along the world's first mountain-climbing cog railway.

🍂 Along the way, you'll travel straight through the fall foliage with incredible views of the surrounding mountains.

🏔️ Once you reach the overlook, you'll have time to get out, explore, and take photos of the White Mountains covered in fall colors.

⏰ The best part? The entire experience is only 90 minutes round trip, making it an easy addition to any New Hampshire fall itinerary!

This Maine cabin getaway comes with forest views, local b**r, and goats! 🍺🐐

We just spent the coziest fall weekend at Next Chapter Cabins, tucked into the woods next to Turning Page Farm Brewery in Monson, Maine.

Our cabin had a small fireplace, tiny kitchen, screened porch, and beautiful forest views. Even better, the brewery and farm are just a short walk away through the woods.

We spent the afternoon exploring the property, grabbing b**rs from the brewery, visiting the goats, and stopping by the farm store before heading back to the cabin for a quiet night in.

A few highlights from our stay:

🍺 Enjoying a couple of b**rs from Turning Page Farm Brewery
🧀 Picking up their Block 6 Blue cheese from the farm store
🥚 Grabbing farm-fresh eggs to cook the next morning

🌲 Watching the forest from our screened porch
