r apartment is well furnished, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is ensuite, while the twin and single room share a second bathroom that offers guests both a bath and a shower. Two air conditioned bedrooms and the lounge area have sliding doors opening onto a stunning sea facing patio where one can watch the waves crashing onto the rocks below. A modern open plan kitchen with granite counter tops is fitted with a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge, equipped with DSTV, flat screen TV, DVD player and a Hi-Fi system, opens onto a magnificent patio that runs the full length of the apartment. It is furnished with loungers, an 8 seater dining table and a gas braai. The unit has secure off road parking for two vehicles (one undercover and one open) that is guarded by 24 hour security. The apartment is situated on the third floor and is accessed via a flight and a half of stairs (there is no lift in the complex). A cleaning service is included once a week and is available for additional days at an extra charge of approximately R220 per day if arranged before arrival with the owner. Nearby amenities include shops, pubs, restaurants, golf courses, fishing and of course lovely beaches and scenic walks on your doorstep. King Shaka International Airport is 25km south of Ballito.
