Covid-19 is closing the door for us that wants to get out into the veld n smell the bush n hear the birds singing!! We are crying for the bush life n the free air with no Covid-19!! And no sanitizing measures to live up to!! And no "You are allowed only so many passengers in your vehicle..."!!
This Covid-19 pandemic has changed our way of life for evermore!! When will we be free of this scourge?? When will we be free to go n do what we love doing- getting into the bush!!

At last it is happening!! It has been a very difficult birth!! But it is happening!! QUIVERDREAMS HAS COME ALIVE!!

Is this new beginning for me?? A new beginning with my daughter!! I realised today how much I have lost in the years since Kathu, but then again I picked up new skills that can only benifit me!! My Lord wants me back in SA!! Just by showing me how the economy has changed He might just succeed in bringing me back!!

Did we have rain!!! Nearly 3 weeks on and off!! The watertable is so high that even the water comes out of the ground like artesian wells, water everywhere!!! Rivers coming down, overflowing dams, bridges overflowed!!! Very, very beautiful with the flowers shining in the sun!! And we say thank you to our Father for His blessings!!!

How I miss my mongooses and my Kalahari!! Not long now then I will be forever united with my beloved Namib!!! My Namib where I can feel the free wind in my face without having to listen to the silly talk of people!! Only me, my daughter and my Namib, only wish I could take my Mammie baboon with me!! Eeeeeeeiiiiisssshhhh, fly Father Time,fly!!
