Nine weeks. Nine special paws. And so many stories, personalities, and reasons to love our four-legged friends. ❤

As we wrap up our Meet the Paw Behind the Pour series, we’d like to end by shining a light on something close to our hearts — dogs in need of a safe place to call home. 🏠

For our final week, we’re supporting a special project that builds dog houses for pups in need, helping to provide them with warmth, shelter, and comfort.

For our final week, we have a paw of a different kind… or perhaps more of a hoof.

Meet Kalfie, one of the familiar faces (or hooves!) you may have spotted next to the road at Botha Kelder.

Kalfie lost his mother at birth, and 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 was there from the very beginning to give him the love, care, and attention he needed. She bottle-fed him some mornings, and lunchtime often meant playtime.

Two years later, that special bond remains — a little reminder that some connections are simply meant to last. ❤️

Some bonds have four paws, some have two feet, and some have little hooves — but the special ones all have one thing in common: 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞.

And what a beautiful way to end our Meet the Paw Behind the Pour journey. 🐾
