This Mandela Day, Extraordinary didn’t just count the 67 minutes — we made every second matter.
Across our properties in South Africa, our teams came together with a shared purpose: to create tangible, lasting change in the communities we call home. From early childhood centres to family shelters, we focused on what matters most — dignity, support, and hope.
Here are just a few highlights from this deeply meaningful day:
🌟 The Cape Milner welcomed 19 young men from Homestead for a four-star hotel experience and a warm lunch — a moment of recognition and upliftment.
🌿 Mabula Game Lodge, Kwafubesi Tented Safari Camp, and Kingfisher Villa Suites transformed Tswelopele Pre-School with access to clean water, a thriving veggie garden, and upgraded learning spaces.
🛠️ Safari Plains rolled up their sleeves to repair classrooms, host cooking demos, and bring nutrition and environmental learning to Hudson Pre-School.
🌭 Clifftop Exclusive Safari Hideaway shared hot dogs and heart with EA Davidson School, with support from staff and local suppliers.
🏡 Hamilton’s Tented Camp, Hoyo Hoyo Safari Lodge, and Imbali Safari Lodge at the Imbali Concession in Kruger National Park partnered with Pfunani Dropping Centre to repair infrastructure and provide winter essentials.
💛 Angels View Hotel brought care and comfort to Emmanuel Family Home through maintenance work and donations.
