The Wild Olive Tree Camp A successful community based tourism project. A lovely intimate tented camp right on the Orpen Great A true Africa Experience!

A lovely intimate tented camp consisting of 15 cottage tents each sleeping two. (three on request) Positioned on a dry river bed you can hear the lions roar at night. Located right on the Kruger Park Orpen gate and the Manyeleti Game Reserve gate it is the ideal and very affordable venue to explore the Kruger Park and its surrounding tourist attractions such as the Cheetah Project and Moholo Holo.

Game drives into the Kruger Park are provided if you do not want to drive yourself.Also on a short driving distance from the famous Blyde Canyon. The camp is run by the local community offering you an opportunity to not only explore their village but also to listen to their ancient stories on how they they had to fight the lions and elephants (still!) and protect their cattle.
