Help us improve your public transport experience

The City of Cape Town is conducting a test passenger survey at a selection of MyCiTi stations and stops through its contractor Zutari.

This digital survey is an opportunity to share your experience, preferences and suggestions as a commuter in Cape Town.

The survey and your responses will be used to help finalise the comprehensive passenger survey planned across the entire MyCiTi network later this year.

Look out for the survey taking place from 23 to 28 June 2025.

• Survey personnel will be clearly identifiable by City of Cape Town ID badges.
• They will assist you in accessing and completing the digital survey on-site.
• It only takes a few minutes to complete.

Your participation will help us better understand and respond to commuter needs.

We are introducing a pair of new stops in Parklands with effect from Saturday 30 June 2025.

Passengers can also look out for other service improvements on routes D03 and D04.
