In 1986 Johnny Clegg wrote a song to honor Nelson Mandela.
Asimbonanga - a Zulu phrase that translates to "We have not seen him."
Both of these men are honored at the Long March to Freedom exhibit in Cape Town.

Nelson Mandela International Day takes place on July 18, under the theme: "It's still in our hands to combat poverty and inequity". The global movement encourages individuals to dedicate at least 67 minutes of their time to community service in honor of Mandela's 67 years of public service.
