Flying over the African rainforest. It's vast and wide stretches appear to still be intact. This is the expanse of the Sangha Trinational, a World Heritage Site for its outstanding biodiversity. It covers 750,000ha or nearly 3,000 square miles across the three countriesof Cameroon, Republic of Congo and Central African Republic.

Excitement in the air.... at the foot of Mt Kilimanjaro.

We're looking forward to the coming opening of Angama Amboseli. With walks, night drives and relaxed game drives in Kimana Sanctuary as well as roaming the iconic Amboseli National Park, this is sure to add a new dimension our Kenyan safaris.

Forest Elephant

We recently had the privilege of boating the pristine rivers of Odzala-Kokoua National Park. Our .africa guides made the most of some perfect conditions to deliver a superb elephant sighting on the river bank. Add in great company, the elusive Pel's Fishing Owl, funky fish, a magnificent Congo sunset and you have a near perfect afternoon safari.

World Gorilla Day 2023.

Aerial shot of a magnificent wild silverback in a natural rainforest opening (bai). The incredible conservation work of continues to inspire us.

The sizeable Lowland Gorilla population in the Republic of Congo is a testament to the work of all conservation partners in the region. As a visitor to this remote region, the chance to encounter these magnificent mammals is real and the experience surreal!

Green lung of Africa.

We're headed back to Odzala in Republic of Congo! We'll be moving from vibrant Brazzaville on the banks of the Congo River to this rainforest wilderness. We're excited for the big mammals like Forest Elephants and Forest Buffalo to Lowland Gorillas and some incredible birdlife to mention just a few.

With the teams from .africa and we'll be in great hands!
