Some great work being done in South Africa in regard to preservation of our natural species. Few are more passionate about marine conservation and research than Chris Fallows.

Incredible image taken on Muizenberg beach, Cape Town, South Africa show the men struggling to free the huge Bronze Whaler Shark and release it back into the sea. The massive predator had become entangled in a traditional seine net - a drag net that hangs vertically in the water with its bottom edge held down by weights.
Thank you for returning this beautiful creature back into the sea.

Whoops! Folks, please don't mess with elephants. They may look like cute placid creatures and most of the time they are, but they can also be big-ass, ill-tempered MOFO's. Unless you're driving a tank, you could get yourself hurt. And try explaining this to your car rental insurers. We see this way too often in Southern Africa. Please keep your distance, and be respectful or all wild animals.
