Recently our Women In Tourism Western Cape Chairlady, Lecelin Roberts, Treasurer Lizelle Bailey and social media support Letishia Charles attended the AIfE - African Institute for Entrepreneurship Tech Talk Series for Tourism at Launchlab Stellenbosch. The morning brought together insightful speakers and panellists who shared their knowledge and perspectives on how tech has shaped their own businesses. A big thank you to Kelly Morkel , Vinnie Mzolisa, Tamiko Sher and the team for hosting such a valuable morning. And thanks to Western Cape Government Department of Economic Development and Tourism & Visit Stellenbosch for their involvement too.

Women in Tourism Western Cape Members Meeting - Thank you to our members for your continued support, involvement and commitment to our tourism community.

Thank you to our Chairlady, Lecelin Roberts who shared an update on the progress of our membership, our finances and the way forward for WITWC. It was a valuable opportunity to reflect on where we are, where we’re heading and how we can continue to grow together. Thank you to Shireen Ann Khan for facilitating the group sessions too.

A special thank you to our venue hosts, The Citadel, for welcoming us and providing a wonderful space for our meeting and get-together. We really appreciate your hospitality.

They were daughters. Mothers. Sisters. Friends. Colleagues. Women with dreams, families and futures that mattered.

Their lives mattered. Their voices mattered. And their stories must never be forgotten.

Just a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who showed up for our WiTWC collaboration with FNB. ❤️

What an incredible response! We had a FULL house, 120 pax was the goal, but we had 145 in the room. The positivity, energy, interaction & enthusiasm were truly amazing! 💥

Feedback overall has been overwhelmingly positive - from the FNB leadership & team, our members and guests who attended & even from the building management team & staff. Everyone was blown away by the energy in the room & how beautifully the morning came together. It exceeded their expectations.
