Cape Town isn’t just beautiful — it tells stories.
And few places tell them as well as Groot Constantia, the oldest wine-producing estate in South Africa.

Set against rolling vineyards and historic Cape Dutch architecture, this is where centuries of winemaking meet modern indulgence.

From award-winning wines to heritage tours and relaxed tastings under ancient oak trees, it’s an experience that invites you to slow down and savour.

Whether you’re a visitor discovering the Cape for the first time, or a local who hasn’t been in years, Groot Constantia reminds you why this city is called The Cape of Many Vines.

It’s not about rushing from one stop to the next — it’s about tasting, learning, and enjoying the journey.

✨ Perfect for half-day tours
🍷 Ideal for couples, small groups & solo travellers
📍 Easy drive from the city

Ready to sip, stroll, and soak it all in?

Let The Daytripper plan your experience — you just show up and enjoy.

Climb Mountains… or just take the Cable Car.
We don’t judge.

Whether you’re an adventurer who loves the burn in your legs, or someone who believes the real victory is reaching the top without breaking a sweat — Table Mountain has space for all of us.

International Mountain Day is the perfect excuse to get outside, breathe in that Cape Town air, and appreciate the giants that frame our skyline every single day.

So tell us…
Are you team "I’ll hike it" or team "Cable Car all the way"?

No shame either way — the view is just as magical.

🐒 Baboons at Cape Point are fascinating to watch, but it’s important to understand their behavior — and why they can be dangerous. These clever animals are naturally cautious and protective of their territory. When they feel threatened, they can act aggressively. At the same time, the availability of easy human food has made them opportunistic, approaching people and vehicles in search of snacks. ⚠️

It’s not just mischief — it’s survival. Feeding baboons, even unintentionally by leaving food or bags unattended, teaches them that humans are a source of easy meals. This behavior endangers both visitors and the animals themselves.

To stay safe while enjoying the wildlife:

- Keep a safe distance at all time
- Never feed them
- Secure all food and belongings
- Follow the designated walking paths and obey warning signs
- When parking, close windows and doors

By respecting their space and natural instincts, you can have a memorable and safe visit to Cape Point. Observing baboons in the wild is incredible, but remember — safety first. 🌿🐾

ensures you enjoy Cape Point’s wildlife responsibly.
